Another home twenty minutes north of Belleville, this one and a half storey home was completed as a spec home and sold immediately after it was listed. This home had a great open concept floor plan with a main floor laundry and master bedroom. It suited a variety of potential clients because of the layout. The second floor has two generous bedrooms, both attached to a centre full bath. The new owners wanted to finish the basement to match the existing upstairs finishes, and have added a variety of complementary projects to make the house there home.
